These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Tradeology (“the app”), provided by Anna Cardoso (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Tradeology teaches how financial markets and trading work through lessons, interactive charts, quizzes and practice simulations that use virtual money.
Education only – not financial advice. Nothing in the app is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, cryptocurrency or other asset. Example charts are simulated or historical and are shown for teaching; past performance does not predict future results. Trading involves risk, including the loss of money. Make your own decisions, and consider speaking to a licensed professional.
Simulations. The practice simulators use virtual money only. No real trades are placed and no real money moves.
An account is optional. If you create one to sync your progress, keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Please don’t misuse the app: for example, don’t try to access other users’ data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse-engineer the app, or copy or redistribute its lessons.
The app, its design, lessons, charts and other content belong to Anna Cardoso and are protected by copyright. You may use the app for your own personal learning.
We may update, add or change lessons and features, and the app may occasionally be unavailable (for example during maintenance or when a third-party service is down).
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading or financial losses, arising from your use of the app or from decisions you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Anna Cardoso, not Apple. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
