Need help with Tradeology? We read every message and usually reply within one to two business days.
Do I need an account? No. Every free lesson works without signing in. A free account only syncs your progress across devices – it is the same account as our P&L and Budget apps.
How do I unlock Pro? Open any Pro lesson, the Library, or Settings → See Pro, and subscribe through the App Store.
I already subscribed – how do I get Pro back on a new phone? Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How does the quiz discount work? Pass half of the quizzes in the free courses for 5% off Pro, or all of them for 10% off – for as long as you stay subscribed.
How do I cancel? In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tradeology. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your account and all synced progress immediately.
